The Problem
Ordering from local restaurants and shops can be fragmented. Customers need clearer availability and order updates, while merchants need practical tools for managing local delivery.
The Vision
One local platform where customers can discover nearby merchants, order food, groceries, and shop products, then follow delivery progress from one place.
We want the experience to stay simple for customers and manageable for the merchants and delivery drivers fulfilling each order.
The Approach
We're growing area by area, with the selected delivery address deciding which participating merchants and products are available.
Sallemon brings customer ordering, merchant operations, delivery coordination, and order updates into one connected system.

Full-stack developer, systems thinker, and the person behind Sallemon, Arguelne, Monai Telecom, and Fish Memory. Based in Lebanon, building software that works for the region — not imported from Silicon Valley.
