One account, all roles. Sallemon Customer, Business, Driver, and other authorized services use one shared identity. Permanent deletion ends access to every linked role, not only the app used to submit the request. This cannot be undone.
Cannot access the app?
You do not need to reinstall Sallemon. Email us from the address linked to the account, or identify the verified mobile number and roles you use. Do not attach identity documents unless support requests a secure upload.

The in-app flow is the fastest route because it can securely verify the signed-in account and show any unresolved item directly.
Identity verification and request status
We may require a current password, one-time code, recent sign-in, or another proportionate check before deletion. This prevents another person from deleting your account. Support requests are matched to the verified email or mobile number and may require a secure in-app step.
If the request cannot complete, the app or support response explains the blocking category and the next action. Once eligible deletion succeeds, active access is revoked immediately. Keep any support reference until the request is complete.
Items that must be resolved first
You may start a request at any time, but permanent closure waits only while necessary to protect live services, other users, or funds. Depending on your roles, you may need to:
- complete or cancel an active order, ride, delivery, booking, Send/Butler request, or return obligation;
- transfer or close an approved merchant, host, brand, or administrative workspace;
- withdraw a positive wallet balance or resolve a negative balance, hold, refund, dispute, chargeback, or pending payment;
- receive pending earnings or payouts and settle cash collected, commissions, remittances, or driver-wallet funds; and
- allow a safety, fraud, court, or legally required hold to be resolved.
These steps do not permit new marketing or unrelated use of the account. Contact support if a blocker appears incorrect or you cannot complete the stated action.
What permanent deletion does
- revokes account credentials, active sessions, linked social sign-in, notification registrations, and operational Driver access;
- removes the account from new orders, rides, dispatch, marketing, public profile display, and ordinary role access;
- removes or replaces direct account identifiers in active systems with non-deliverable, de-identified values;
- removes memberships and disables access to organizations you no longer own or manage; and
- makes the de-identified account tombstone eligible for hard purge after the normal 90-day retention window.
A new account created later is not a restoration of the deleted one. Previous balances, roles, history, approvals, ratings, or access are not automatically recovered.
What may be retained after deletion
Deletion removes the account and associated personal data that is no longer needed. It does not require us to erase the minimum restricted record that must remain for accounting, tax, payment, settlement, fraud prevention, safety, legal claims, audits, chargebacks, or another person's transaction rights.
Retained records are access-restricted and are not used to market to you, create new transactions, or restore the account. Identifiers are removed or reduced where the record can still serve its lawful purpose. Encrypted backups rotate on a 14-day schedule, and provider-held copies are deleted or expire under their applicable instructions and retention controls.
Read the detailed retention and deletion policy for the normal account, evidence, document, taxi-location, and backup windows.
Businesses, transaction records, and other people
Deleting your identity does not automatically delete an approved merchant or other organization that has another lawful owner or authorized user. Ownership must be transferred or the organization separately closed. Product, order, invoice, chat, proof, and settlement records can also remain in a de-identified or restricted form for customers, merchants, drivers, and legal records.
Deletion does not forgive a valid amount owed, cancel another person's refund or claim, or erase content that another person independently provided. It also does not remove public content that has been lawfully re-used outside Sallemon before deletion, although we will remove our active copy where required.
