How can we help?

For an active order or ride, in-app Support is the fastest path because it includes the correct account and service context.

Contact support

For account, order, ride, payment, refund, safety, or accessibility help, email us from the address linked to your Sallemon account.

Include the short order or ride reference when available. Never send passwords, one-time codes, or full payment-card details.

Common help paths

  • Active order or ride: open Orders or Taxi, select the active service, then use its contact or support action.
  • Account access: use Forgot password on sign-in, or email support from the account's email address.
  • Payment or wallet: include the provider reference and amount, but never full card details.
  • Delete account: use Delete My Account in an app or follow the account deletion instructions.
  • Safety emergency: contact the appropriate local emergency service first, then report the incident to Sallemon.
