1. Acceptance

By using Sallemon's website, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Services

Sallemon is a platform that connects customers with merchants, drivers, and service providers. We facilitate orders, deliveries, ride hailing, home services, and other marketplace transactions.

We are a technology platform — not a restaurant, transport company, or service contractor. The merchants, drivers, and providers are independent parties.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be suspended
• You must provide accurate, up-to-date information

4. Orders & Payments

• Prices displayed include the item price; delivery fees and service charges are shown separately
• We accept cash on delivery, card payments, and Sallemon Wallet
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per our refund policy
• Promotional credits have expiration dates and usage restrictions

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse merchants, drivers, or other users
• Attempt to manipulate pricing, ratings, or promotions
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on Sallemon's platforms are owned by Sallemon. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sallemon is not liable for the quality of items or services provided by third-party merchants and providers. We facilitate the connection and transaction, but the responsibility for the product or service lies with the provider.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon.
